We want to help more people.We always need extra funds to increase our services. High demand for our friendly gym and the exercise referral service mean that we sometimes have to keep people waiting for an appointment. We would particularly like to raise £4,800 for a new Motomed exercise bike. This bike is probably the most popular piece of equipment in the gym because it can be used by anyone, even those with very little or no ability to move their arms or legs. It is so much in demand by stroke patients and people with MS that we have to book appointments for people to use it.
